A Note From The Founder

Hi, I’m Stacy Panagakis, a seasoned executive with over 20+ years of experience leading beauty brands in North America and globally. I have served as General Manager, President, and CEO of iconic brands such as Clinique, Origins, Stila Cosmetics, Fresh and Lime Crime. I have a Masters in Education and an undergraduate degree in Psychology. This, combined with my extensive business experience, I have developed a unique set of skills and perspectives on how to manage teams for organizational success. Additionally, I am certified to lead a unique combination of brain-based programs that help companies achieve their goals.

After much observation and reflection of what makes teams successful, I set out to learn the science behind productivity. I learned the importance of psychological safety and growth mindset, and about the proven results in the workplace for teams and individuals.

I founded Telos Consulting Partners with a passion to teach companies how to do just that — drive business success and improve productivity through people. I am certified to lead a combination of brain-based programs. We’ll formulate a customized set of solutions based on your companies needs which may include group workshops, executive and group coaching, strategic planning sessions, individual and team development, and more. All of our programs are designed to get you results and achieve your organization’s goals.
